Carl is a Broker Associate of Windermere Napa Valley Properties.  He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors and subscribes to their stringent Code of Ethics.  He has had active involvement in th Napa Chapter Realtors Government Relations Committee.

Carl first obtained his real estate license over twenty years ago when he was Financial Officer for a homebuilding firm.  He has made purchases of personal residences in many parts of the U.S. and currently ownes a reconstructed Craftsman home in old Napa.  He also owns and manages serveral residential rental properties.  He enjoys remodeling and improving quality homes.

Carl is an ex CPA and CFO with extensive experience in contracts and financial negotiations.  He has managed up to 20 other real estate agents.
